Al-Furqan Academy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Vice Principal with a strong Islamic foundation and proven experience in education. The ideal candidate will embody the values of the Qur’an and Sunnah, demonstrate excellence in leadership, and inspire both staff and students to strive for success in this life and the Hereafter.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in managing daily school operations.
• Ensure all programs align with authentic Islamic principles and high academic standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for staff.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative school culture.
• Engage parents, students, and the community in the educational process.
• Assist in curriculum planning, assessment, and policy implementation.

Qualifications:

• Strong Islamic faith, knowledge, and adherence to the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (Educational Leadership preferred).
• Experience in teaching and/or school administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain professional and respectful relationships with community members, teachers, students, and stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Preferred:

• Certification in Educational Leadership or Administration.
• Experience in Islamic school settings.
